At KC Fitness & Nutrition our mission is to  develop in each of our clients the individual knowledge, daily practices, grit and motivation to attain optimal physical and mental health. Our educated, experienced trainers will work with you to create a personalized plan that is tailored to your individual needs and goals. We utilize a variety of training modalities including strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, energy system development, flexibility and functional fitness, to help you achieve your desired results. Whether you’re  a beginner or an experienced athlete, we have the tools and expertise to help you succeed.

  • Work 1-to-1 with a coach to build a nutrition and wellness plan uniquely designed for your lifestyle, preferences and goals.

Youth Fitness And Sports Conditioning programs

  • Our youth strength and conditioning program aims to help develop the  athleticism and life long individual fitness habits of each and every young athlete. Our program follows the Long-Term Athletic Development model .  A seven stage model that can help keep physical activity fun  and prevent overtraining and burnout. The  program builds upon the foundations of movement and progresses each athlete using the core lifts, plyometric exercises, and metabolic conditioning. The program will address strength, power, conditioning and mobility. 


  • The Basic Strength Program introduces strength training concepts with an emphasis on proper form, movement patterns, bodyweight resistance training, progressive programming and injury prevention.

    Advanced Strength provides a sport-specific protocol for the high-level athlete to develop strength in areas that will directly transfer to their chosen sport. This high level training pushes athletes to the next level, giving them a competitive edge as they prepare to compete at the high school, collegiate, or professional level.

These programs provide outdoorsmen and women with the proper training and fitness to take on ANY adventure. I am passionate about fitness and even more so about the outdoors. But to get the most out of the outdoors, you need to get the most out of yourself. 


Whether scaling a mountainside, hunting, shredding down a MTB trail,  or taking a hike through the woods strength and conditioning are important factors to success. It means easier summits. It means more enjoyable runs down your favorite trails. It means having having the strength to draw your bow with ease. And most importantly, it means being able to enjoy these activities for a lifetime.
