All one on one and group training programs include an initial evaluation to determine the fitness/health status of each client as well as examine individual fitness goals, past exercise experience, and expectations.
General Conditioning/Wellness
These programs are designed for the new or returning exerciser. Programs are designed to teach proper exercise form, intensity levels, progression schemes, and insure safety. Programs are designed to improve: Muscular strength and endurance, cardio respiratory fitness, flexibility, balance, core strength and stability as well as improve body composition.
Fat Loss/Body Sculpting
Individualized programming specifically designed to speed fat loss while maintaining lean body mass. Resistance training and cardiovascular/metabolic conditioning are combined with nutritional counseling to produce dramatic results.
Sports Conditioning
These programs are specifically designed to optimize athletic performance and reduce the risk of sports related injuries. These programs focus on key areas of fitness to improve performance in any sport: power development, strength, speed/agility/quickness, core strength, balance and stability, sport specific metabolic conditioning. Specific program design for: golf, tennis, lacrosse, basketball, football, baseball, skiing, ice skating, dance and all combat sports.
Operational Fitness for the Tactical Athlete

Nutritional Counseling
Nutritional counseling programs are designed to educate clients on proper nutrition habits to promote optimal health and weight, fat loss, maintenance or muscle gain, and increased performance.
Post Rehabilitation
We work with your physical therapist or physician to design a safe and effective fitness program while you are rehabilitating an injury. We then design a safe fitness program when you recover from your injury to help prevent recurrence.
Educational Seminars
Educational seminars are held on and off site. Seminars cover a variety of topics related to health and fitness. Off site programs are given in conjunction with Baltimore area health care professionals to educate patients on starting a fitness routine and improving nutritional habits.
